HSB Color Model
The HSB Color Model is used to identify colors in a digital environment, for example in Photoshop. The model uses 3 properties:
H - for Hue. The location of the color in the spectrum.
S - for Saturation. The purity/intensity of the color.
B - for Brightness. The luminosity of the color.
On the example below, we select a Hue (some random orange) in the color spectrum.
Then we adjust the Saturation and Brightness levels.
We finally obtain a unique color with HSB values of 27°, 76%, 81%.
