What I DO

With 15 years of experience, I specialize in live casual games played by millions of players. The scope of my work is a fine-tuned blend between art, people and product:

Art

As an art leader, I ensure all of our team artistic power is directed towards a clearly set art/creative direction, considering players, product, and company’s needs. I happily collaborate hands-on when necessary with 2D/3D Art and UI/UX Design.

People

As a people manager, I support all the artists to make sure they are engaged and happy, that they have growth opportunities, and that they feel proud about their performance and impact. When appropriate, I can have difficult conversations to solve performance issues.

Product

As a product-versed person, I collaborate with my peers to define strategic product goals, draft features roadmap, design key meta and core features. I always keep an eye on the game’s KPIs and player’s feedback, looking for problems to solve or opportunities to pursue, ultimately to unlock new areas of growth.
